This page explains our policies for attendance, absences, cancellations, and makeup lessons for both group and private lessons. Please read carefully to ensure smooth scheduling and high-quality learning for all students.
1. Group Lesson Cancellation & Makeup Policy

Group lessons follow a fixed schedule and curriculum. Enrollment reserves a seat in the class for the full session.

Missed group lessons due to student absence or voluntary cancellation of individual class meetings are not eligible for makeup lessons or tuition credits.

Canceling or missing individual group lessons does not constitute withdrawal from the session.

If a group lesson is canceled by the center due to weather, internet issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, a makeup lesson or alternative arrangement will be provided whenever reasonably possible.
2. Private One-on-One Lesson Cancellation & Makeup Policy

Private lessons are scheduled in advance and reserve a specific instructor time slot.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time to be eligible for a makeup lesson.

Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed due to student absence (no-shows), are not eligible for makeup lessons, refunds, or tuition credits.

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled lesson time.

Refunds related to private lesson packages or sessions, if applicable, are governed by the Refund Policy.

In cases of illness or emergency, families are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible. Any exception is considered at the sole discretion of the administration.
3. Respect for Scheduling
We respect each family’s scheduling needs and kindly ask that our instructors’ time and work hours be respected. These policies help us provide high-quality instruction fairly to all students.
