Please review the following choices carefully, refunds and returns can only be processed when eligible items are returned using the appropriate method. If your return is shipped to us after the timeframes indicated below, we regret that we cannot issue a refund to you.

Returning Items Bought from ivyleaguecenter.org

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition; items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return.

Particularly, if the mock test papers have been used by the buyer, even partially, then the payment for this purchase is NOT refunded.

Because of the copyright issue, we can only provide a hard copy of mock test papers by mail via USPS. We may make an exemption in some very special cases to provide an electronic (pdf) version of five mock tests. But the amount paid for the electronic version is NON-REFUNDABLE.
