Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Policy

• Full payment must be received on or before the day of the first class.
• A late fee of $50 will be charged if you send the late payment after the first class.
• A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Refund Policy

• Withdrawal before the first class: 100% Full Refund!
• Withdrawal after the first class: refund after deduction of the prorated tuition for the first class plus a $15 drop-in fee.
• There will be no refund once the second class begins.
• A $35 processing fee is charged for all refund requests.
• If your child will participate in at least one whole term in the future, we will refund you our drop-in fee ($15) and processing fee ($35).

Returning Students

• Students who participated in at least half of one whole term in the past.
