Isabella Z. Won a Gold Medal and Team USA Earned First Place at 2022 European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad

Congratulations to our student Isabella Z. for winning a Gold Medal and the USA Team for placing 1st in the European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO)

Isabella is one of the four brilliant young women of the 2022 EGMO USA Team. She achieved a very high score of 37 out of 42 in the EGMO, and won the 4th place among a total of 222 contestants from 57 countries. Read more about her performance here and the USA Team’s win here. 

The European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO) is an international mathematics competition focused on gathering teams of young women from around the world to engage in a two-day competition. Participating countries send teams consisting of four female mathematicians of school age.
